Since being established 10 years ago, Kimja Trading and Construction Corporation has steadily grown and expanded both its scope of operations and geographical area which we now provide services.

Currently, the majority of the projects that are undertaken are located in Greater Manila Area, CALABARZON, Central Luzon and now slowly gaining clients from Visayas, Bicol Region expanding to North Luzon including Subic, Zambales. Mainly, the company operates as a traditional scaffolding contractor (supply, hire, erection and dismantling) with all the materials owned by the business and all labor provided by our directly employed workers only.

         Our services cover a wide range of work types including major construction projects, factory and plant maintenance, office and condo units for BPOs, mass housing, subdivision and individually owned house construction and maintenance. KTCC are able to handle professionally any project however big and small. We have our own fabrication, factory and large warehouse that can accommodate big quantity of stocks.

Health and Safety is our main concern that’s why continuous training of our workers are being done to achieve a 100% fully trained , highly skilled and professional workforce. Our workers are TESDA NCII certified scaffolding erector and our materials are laboratory tested; passed strength and load tests conducted by UP Engineering.
